Production

The injection molding machine department comprises machinery, featuring locking forces in between 20 and 4000 t, and a shot weight of 50 kg.

We deploy machinery produced by various manufacturers: Kraus Maffei, Arburg Engel, Sandretto, and Haitian. This large range of machinery enables us to produce details in various sizes. We realize orders all the way from quotation to finished products. We are experienced in producing with label-system IML. Our advanced management and energy-saving machinery enable us to significantly reduce production costs. We produce details for the sectors of housewares, promotion, sales, and many others.

Production of profiles done on extruders yield up to 80kg / h.

All production lines are equipped with coextrudery which enables the production of profiles of both hard and soft, and with different dyeing.

There are two main technical divisions within our company.

Injection Press Division equipped with machines whose clamping force ranges from 20t to 4000t and injection weight reaches 50 kg.
Extrusion Molding Division equipped with extrusion presses with capacity of up to 120 kg/h. All production lines are fitted with co-extruders, which allows us to manufacture profiles with varying degree of hardness and of different colors.

We carry out complete projects, starting from conceptual design through visualization, working plans and specifications to manufacturing.

Our Design Studio using the latest software (CAD/CAM - VISI Series) and in-house Tool Shop design and manufacture molds, heads and calibrators.
